Dog Park

Country Hills Pet Hospital's Dog Park Community is open to our clients and their pets. Our goal is to ensure a fun but safe environment for all pets. We require dogs to be current on their Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Dogs must also have a stool sample checked annually with negative fecal results before entering.

If you have not yet competed the Dog Park Community Release Form, please stop in the clinic during normal business hours or download our online waiver to sign before using the dog park. You are able to put your signed waiver into the drop box during non-business hours.
